"Room was clean and smelled very good! Staff was very friendly. Our tub was backed up. We mentioned it to staff but it was not resolved. On the last night (before having to drive 9 hrs home) the heater in the window started making horrible noises and unfortunately kept waking me up. Other than that, I would have given 5 stars."
