"This hotel was awesome. Comfortable bed, big walk in shower with great water flow. The TV programming was excellent with dozens of channels, including sports packages, multiple HBO and Cinemax channels to choose from. Would highly recommend and would definitely book here in the future"

"Because of flight delays we got into the Hampton Inn very late, about 3:00am. The gal on staff was very helpful and accommodating and got us checked in without incident. We were understandably exhausted and she told us that we could call for a late check-out in the morning (extend to 2pm) for a fee. Given that we had a toddler with us & check out was 11am we did call to request a late check out just 6 hours later, but were told it was too late to ask and they had already set their housekeeping schedule so it was not possible. This was probably the biggest disappointment of our stay. The room was great, the cleanliness was good and while we missed the free breakfast, we always appreciate the consistent quality of a Hampton Inn."

"Over all good experience for our purpose. We needed a place to sleep for 3 nights. This hotel was very convenient to all the locations we needed to visit during our stay. We were traveling by auto so the fact that is close to the airport and offers shuttle service were not important for us this visit. The room was dated and basic (TV, iron, mini fridge, Pod cup coffee maker) but comfortable enough and fairly well cleaned. There is no breakfast offered but there is a decent diner across the street from the hotel entrance. you can buy some beverages, snacks and toiletries in the hotel lobby. There is an attached Bar-Pub that that serves lunches and dinners. And there are plenty of shopping and dining options close by as well as food dasher and ride services. For us, the price and convenience of the location provided a good experience and we would stay again."

"Josh was super helpful and friendly when we checked-in. The hotel management was very understanding when I made the reservations for the wrong dates and gave me credit. It was very quiet neighborhood and convenience to stay."

"Hotel stays in Buffalo were surprisingly expensive for the weekend we traveled recently, so we went with the Wyndham because it was the most affordable option with fairly decent reviews. The staff was very kind and helpful when needed. We loved Charlie at the bar! The bed was comfortable, and the room was a good size for my husband and me as well as our two-year-old. The included breakfast was a great and easy option, especially with a toddler (also because there is nothing else close by.) The room was clean, but dated. The bathroom was small but the hot water and pressure were great. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke (like I actually think someone may have been smoking up there) but thankfully our room did not smell that way. The in-unit fridge was a good size and it was nice to have a microwave. Shared spaces were all clean and well-maintained. Valet was quick and easy. Overall, our stay was good and I would recommend if you are looking for a semi-affordable, no frills option in Buffalo."
