Internet would not work while we were there - but when reported they promptly assisted as best they could and gave us the phone # to their tech folks. The breakfast area was kept clean, neat, and they attempted to keep things filled the entire time they were open (6am-10am). Staff even remembered details about us and asked things specific to us when we were leaving."
