"Kitchen needs serious cleaning and attention. Cabinets were filthy and had garbage in them. Dishwasher was horrid and could not be used due to stagnant smelly water still in it. Beds were very hard. Price was great and host was attentive. "

"We loved staying here. Jim was very helpful, the bed was comfortable, and we were close to family. I would suggest the owner store personal items (personal toiletries, kitchen items, mail, ... in a owner's closet). The kitchen drawers need cleaned out and organized. Since we get a house so we can cook, measuring equipment would be helpful. Overall, I could not ask for a better place! We will definitely plan to stay there again. "Great place located near the event I was going to. If you're a light sleeper though might be a bit rough. As it's under some apartments and sound travels from them clearly. "
