"The Little Inn was perfect! It was very clean and quiet. The bed was surprisingly comfortable with covers that made me want to snuggle down and stay! The staff were extremely helpful and seemed to show up exactly when I needed them. On two occasions they offered help before I realized that I needed it. More importantly, I felt safe. Parking staff accessible and safe. Breakfast was far beyond usual. Cheese omelets, sausage links, grits, bagels, cranberry scones, muffins, waffles surprisingly good. Very clean - ranked 100% by health department which I have never seen before. Would definitely stay at another Hampton Inn and hope it measured up to this...

"Room looked fine in terms of flooring, furniture , chair and bed linens. Unfortunately as I sat and relaxed I kept seeing little bugs creep out. Then saw bugs creeping out from under the bed frame. Then saw roach run across side of the mattress. Even though it was 12:40 AM. I packed up and left. I had layed a bath towel at the hallway door to keep out the light. When I removed it to leave found a bug under it from coming from the hallway. BEFORE getting in my car, turned everything out,...

"The TV remote was difficult to figure out on my own. The breakfast buffet lacked healthy choices. No healthy dry cereals and no oatmeal. Limited fruit selection and no nuts. Hot water was lukewarm."

"My reservation had been canceled and Expedia didn’t notify me. The hotel staff did try to help. It took me 2 hours to get a room. Although the room had newer furnishings there were no lamps, no remote, no hair dryer and no iron. The mattress was not very comfortable. I only had a thin blanket. The shower had hair in it. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the automatic wall dispenser. The room was fairly clean besides the shower. Towels were very thin. I would not stay here again."

"Staff were all extremely kind. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was good, better the 1st day than the 2nd but still good. Laundry is free, you just need to buy your own detergent. They had some in the lobby, but we went to CVS right down the street for ours. Lobby has cold beer which was a huge plus. Overall felt very safe."

"Breakfast was not included in the cost of the room. Paying $4.00 for a cup of coffee is a bit much! A restaurant was in the hotel, with limited hours, very pricey, and with a very limited menu. A from the restaurant would have been helpful, no information was in the room. The faucet in the bathroom sink is so short you could hardly get your hands under it. I expected more from a Marriott."
