"The breakfast was great. The room nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping staff very friendly. Only down side-I was told there was a $20/hr up charge to check in early. I’ve never heard that in any travels. So I left and came back after 3p."

"I love this little end tucked in the middle of Ithaca. It’s always very nice and clean nice amenities very quiet and peaceful environment. Staff is always friendly room stay does come with a complementary breakfast in the morning and that ’s always nice with good fresh food clean linens clean bathroom. I definite choice to stay when I’m in the area."

"We do lots of road trips and stop driving when we get tired - the rooms along 90 are meh. The rooms at the Del Lago are lovely / well appointed, comfy bed, - feels luxurious - a great rate whether the you gamble or not."

"I called 0n THREE occasions to make sure we would have a FRIST FLOOR ROOM!!!!
First when I reserved the room IN JANUARY FOR APRIL 25 , then again in March. THEN THE DAY BEFORE !!!!!! At pre check in on line , I requested a first floor room !!!
EVERY TIME I WAS ASSURED A FIRST FLOOR ROOM ! So we checked in and they didn't have us in a first floor room. They couldn't accommodate our request at the front desk!!!
The coffee maker in our room didn't work !!! No coffee in the check in area !"
