"The in room whirl pool was dirty. We did not use it. The pool down stairs had A LOT of hair and scum floating in the water. The pool was cold and the hot tub was not hot. The fridge in the room froze all of our stuff. Including our fresh veggies and fruit. The WiFi was spotty. I don’t think we will choose this property again. "

"Breakfast isn’t great and often cold, coffee is great tho. Staff throughout the inn are fantastic. From cleaning staff to front desk to breakfast. Everyone is so nice and helpful.
Sound insolation isn’t great so you hear hallways, neighbours and outside pedestrians very easily.

"When we checked into the room late at night night, we noticed the room was dirty. Garbage unchanged, dust and dirt in the sinks the top and on the floor. We were too tired to change rooms so we requested a late checkout instead. When it was time to check out, I half an hour before checkout time they called us and notified us that we couldn’t get a late checkout due to the hotel being booked solid. We checked Expedia and noticed that they still had plenty of room; so they lied to us. We’ve asked to speak to manager, and he refused to talk to us and stated that we could not get a late checkout. We did not appreciate it the treatment we got from staff and we will not recommend this place to anyone."
