"First, I'll address 2 negative reviews that I saw and counter with our experience. The first, our room did NOT smell bad at all. And the 2nd, the customer service was PHENOMENAL!!! "We stayed at the newly renovated motel, where owner David was friendly and helpful. The charming motel was perfect for our last-minute trip to enjoy the foliage at Mt. Greylock. They served spiked apple cider, a wide selection of local beers, and canned seltzer at their bar. We went to a cozy old-fashioned restaurant just 10 minutes away for dinner.
