"Check in was seamless, the suite was lovely, and the building is amazing, with a sweeping view of the city. This was our second stay at the castle and it was just as magical as I remembered."

"The room was comfortable for our short stay but the bathroom was not cleaned very well. There were beard trimmings around the sink and debris in the corner. Also there were signs that a mat had once been used inside of the tub that left a visible stain around it. "
