"We had zero issues with check in, or getting extra pillows and a blanket. From what I could tell, there was only 1 person working, and they were busy, but very pleasant and friendly. Our room was clean, I was very happy to see they had a comfort height toilet, and we had plenty of towels and everything we needed. The room had a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Close by, there's shopping and multiple options for places to eat: Texas Roadhouse, Longhorn, Chick Fil A, and more."

"The maid doesn’t service your room if you stay for multiple days. I had to take my dirty towels to the front desk and get new towels, Cups and toilet paper. It’s only a couple minutes for a maid to do that but they don’t. Also the breakfast has no eggs or protein just carbs. Otherwise it was great!"

"The staff were really nice. The breakfast was excellent, the beds super comfortable. The only thing they need to pay more attention is to the pool since it was hair the 2 days we been there , does it mean nobody clean it? The bottom of the shower door was a little gross , it was residue there, like they need to use a brush to clean that part . The price was good . I will come back to this hotel next time that I visit Oswego ."

"Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. The Owner was responsible and friendly. Always available if needed, day or night. I did not like the coffee in the room but, the owner is building a drive thru coffee shop out front of the motel and promised that the coffee will be superb. I look forward to my next stay there later in the Fall."
