"perfect location to the comedy museum. Room was clean with a great mattress and a lot of pillows. Breakfast was nice. It was nice to see the kids having fun with all the waffle fixings. "

"I never stayed told the hotel the day before. Before 3 , they were rude told my to call Expedia I fell asleep holding so long with them. So I called them again the next morning, they told me as long as they could confirm I didn't come they would take off the charge and didn't. When I called the hotel the next day the hung up on me. Terrible I'll never book thru Expedia or get another roo with them. I drive almost 3 hours to go there from Cleveland I had just caught a cold."

"Needs updating for sure but was ok. Had an issue with my TV not working and the staff at the desk had me unplug the cable box to try resetting it. When I called back to say that wasn’t working she gave me a hard time. She did offer to change my room but it was already late at night and I didn’t want to do that. Told me she had no solutions and there was no maintenance staff on grounds. "

"The heat was not working properly, room was old. The refrigerator did not have a temperature adjuster. The hallways were not vacuumed. I cleaned drywall pieces and dust off the dresser."

"The power was out on Saturday February 28th. We were not able to take any showers and had to walk down 4 flights of stairs in the dark. We were hoping to get some kind of a discount for this inconvenience but have not heard a word from the desk clerk, He said he would call me but never did"

"The room was in good condition but I would not stay there again. The pool was broke and the hot tub did not bubble!"

"The beds were comfortable and I slept well every night. The desk clerk gave me a choice about whether I liked a higher floor or lower. Since I don’t like heavy walkers above my room, she put me on the top floor. I was disappointed to find the upkeep to the hotel has been starting to decline. The wallpaper was starting to peel in my room and the insulation between rooms had to have been non-existent since I heard everything (talking, intimate relations, snoring, etc.). "
