"Glad of the late check-in, as we got in around 11pm. Best to checkin while light to find room at bottom of the hill. Charming area, but our activities were based in Ithaca. Great peaceful views of the lake. Very clean and updated. Very little counter space in bathroom."

"Our family trip was ruined on the first night. Despite calling ahead to confirm our late arrival from NYC for a two-bed room, we were given a room with only one full bed. My husband, myself, and our two kids had to cram into a single bed in a freezing room because the heat wasn't on.
