What is odd is that there was no staff at all onsite and evidence that no one had been there to pick up dirty dishes or restock snacks. We also texted the number we were given about an issue and got no reply."

"The view from the balcony of our lakefront room was lovely. Unfortunately the balcony had not been cleaned - a few pieces of trash but the a/c unit about 6” from the chairs were covered in bugs. Hard to keep it clean with the nearby water but this was there when we arrived. The room was recently renovated and was lovely. We liked the location and had a great time in the area. We ate at the restaurant the last evening and enjoyed our food."
