"Very nice hotel. The only little issue was the parking. I dont like to valet my car due to past experience elsewhere where stuff was missing from my vehicle. Street parking was a bit difficult but we managed to find. I will definitely consider booking back with this hotel in the future if needed."

"On June 6, 2026, I called from the airport to ask about the shuttle service and was told I would have to wait about one hour. Instead, I took an Uber to the hotel.
When I arrived, I was asked to pay an additional $22 for early check-in. After waiting another two hours, we were finally given a room. The room had a window, but it was completely blocked and we could not see outside at all.
To make matters worse, there were blood stains on the bed sheets. I have pictures as proof.

"Front desk service is extremely slow and they aren’t very friendly. All of the treadmills were not working nor could the maintenance man fix them.
They charge guests for parking. The breakfast is average at best. Very disappointing.

"They had a van to pick us up at the airport, and another option to drop us off at the cruise port. The free drinks & snacks at the happy hours was nice. Breakfast was very good and they had plenty of options. There are no restaurants near the hotel, so the hotel dinning is your only option. The food and drinks were over priced, a very small selection of items on the menu and it is way over priced.
Overall, a really good stay, if you can arrange a better dinning option."
