"Ac worked okay, but weeds, cracked and unswept sidewalks, over flowing trash bins. Overall unclean appearance to building. Inside room… lumpy floor? Appeared dark and unclean. Black mold on bathrm wall but shower and sink were clean. Bed was swayed in middle But ok for one person. Sheets were clean. Won't stay again."
