"Staying here is like stepping back in time to a more elegant and refined era. The house is filled with antiques and has been decorated with great taste. It has a wonderful sitting area downstairs, and the bedrooms are whimsical and delightful. The breakfasts far exceeded my expectations. Maybe best thing of all is the proprietor, Holland. She is warm, engaging and thoroughly charming. My wife and I hope to have reasons to visit Spokane, again, soon, so we can stay here, again. "

"Good for a one night late stay. Probably wouldn’t recommend more than that. Property was well maintained but showing plenty signs of age. Funny smells and old aged carpet in hallways. Rooms are clean for what they are age wise, but definitely in need of a renovation. Staff was polite and helpful,"

"The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very well served. The location was close to the waterfront Park. We biked to the centennial trail directly from the hotel which was convenient. However the wifi was barely working and there was no freezer."

"The hotel is in historical downtown Spokane, a little hard to find the parking but we were able too, the hotel is amazing in good shape, old and high ceilings, so beautiful. Breakfast was included and there is an elevator. As a travel agent I would recommend this hotel to my clients and anyone that wants to stay in a character hotel. We will be back."

"The room was ok, carpet worn bad, bed had a dip in it, not comfortable at all. Worst part was that when I went to make coffee, the coffee maker was dirty and the liquid creamer was actually curdled and I had to dump out my coffee. Probably one of the worst stays I’ve had at a doubletree or Hilton property. I won’t be back, even after the remodel is finished."

"The facility was older but clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was satisfactory, but the bathroom was in poor shape. The bathtub had some type of epoxy like they use on boats all over the bottom of the tub. It was bumpy and peeling. The bathtub was very uninviting. I contemplated not showing because it looked like the stuff on the tub would come off. I would definitely not take a bath."

"Got room 107. Bottom floor next to the elevator, closest to the pool. Smelled like bleach. Big hicks were chatting near our front door all night. Everyone was having a good time except us. The manager did not seem to care; maybe it was him."

"Checked in past midnight and the room was so comfortable and the showers actually have HOT showers! 😍 Front desk ladies were kind, and so wonderful and special tha ks to Thoko at the front desk helped to coordinate a late check out so we could get some good rest in. Breakfast was... not so great. Just frozen breakfast sandwiches you can heat up in the microwave, cereal, waffles, and bagels/toast. The fruit was kind of sad looking, and there were no sugar alternative options at all. No sugar...
