"Restaraunt was closed when we checked in. Breakfast was ok but overpriced. "

"We stayed in the East Tower. Room was very dated and very beat up. Marks in walls, furniture and doors. No fan in the bathroom and no ability to change the room temperature. The suite rooms are not large and the pull out couch was so noisy we pulled it off the couch and placed it on the floor. Only one elevator was working during our stay and waits to go up and down were extremely (10-20mins) long. The hotel was obviously very top notch when it originally opened but it's well passed the time for upgrades; especially with the nightly rate. Pros were the pool and free/cheap parking. Fridge and Kettle in the room. Also great access to the Richmond Night Market and Skytrain."

"Cons: Flickering light in bathroom and in entryway. Silverfish in bathroom. Tub filled up during shower despite leaving drain open. Dingy shower curtain. Limited restaurants around. Unwilling of a late checkout. Very perfumey soap. Pros: Clean beds and comfy pillows. Good AC/Temp control. Helpful staff."

"Enjoyed being able to use the pool. The staff were all very friendly and the room was quite nice. One problem…the shower faucet knob was very hard to move, but it was quickly replaced when we complained. We also enjoyed the little breakfast place in the hotel…"

"Breakfast was great with extra cost. In the premises. We got two bedroom apartment with all the appliances incl. Laundry and dryer within. Convenient location with free airport shuttle adds the value. "

"The hotel had little "clever" unique signs all over the place that made you feel that someone cared about the hotel.... The room was surprisingly clean and the bed was very very comfortable.....the free coffee in the lobby was very good. And I was able to utilize the small "business center" desk to complete some work in the lobby area....the only drawback was the lack of a strong reliable wifi ."

"We booked and paid for a double Queen room and got double beds instead. The lamp in our room was completely broken, you could lift at the shade and the entire light fixture part would lift up. Half the outlets in the room didn’t work, made for charging multiple devices difficult. "
