Great amenities around park. Room was clean as was around park grounds. Staff were friendly and easy to deal with. Bunk beds in delux cabin were hard and very small not really suitable for older kids.

Great stay- it is quite far from Townsville city if you do not have your own transport but if you do its a great spot - 5 mins away is coles, maccas, hungrys, kfc etc etc. Also the new precinct at Northshore is lovely we really enjoyed the tavern. Villa was great, pool and slides great. If i could say anything would be the playground needs updating and shade sails! 😎

I really loved this property and would definately stay there again. However the main pool has no shade over it at all and the water temperature is so warm, it’s like swimming in a hot bath. Not very ideal for these hot summer days! The sun is so harsh you can’t even get into the pool well into the late afternoon and then it closes at 6pm anyways. Please get a shade cloth overall to cool it down. The same applies to the mini golf course. We didn’t see anyone use it the whole time we were there because it’s in the full sun. No shade what so ever. The room was really great and very clean. However there was a shelf in the shower that was completely rusted out. Considering the rest of the bathroom looked newly refurbished, it was strange to see such a badly deteriorated fixture.

A bit small but clean.

Park is quite far away from the city. Pool area nice but not many sunbeds. Area a little boring. Unit very small for 4 people. Can’t sit up in the bunk bed. No room for suitcases etc unless you move the furniture around. It was okay for 2 nights. WiFi good.

The accommodation was adequate, not as described on Wotif (Wotif indicated separate bedroom, it wasn't) So a little disappointed at first, but was adequate. Did not use any of the park's amenities, so cannot comment on those.

What I didn't like was that there is no railings in the pool to help the older generation with arthritis out of pool. I wanted to go for a swim, but didn't because I knew I wouldn't be able to get out.
