The staff were absolutely amazing, went over and above to help us when needed. We stayed for 2 weeks at Quest on Eyre, definitely will be staying there when visiting again.. was so good that a gun was there as my 2 big sons, were in there everyday. Thank you again Quest and staff.. particularly the cleaning staff, always smiling and happy and friendly.. definitely recommend families stay here. The 3 bedroom apartments are great

We moved here from another hotel that was far inferior. The Quest was clean and moser and had all the things we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Close and comfortable.
The hotel was a great place to stay. It was walking distance to the Strand, the Stadium and all the best restaurants. Will go back for another long weekend.

This was a lovely place to stay with a short walk to The Strand dining district. The room was smaller than expected but the bathroom was a good size and lovely and clean. The staff on the front desk were super friendly. The gym and laundry room was a great addition and added value to the accommodation. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

Very good rooms near restaurants and waterfront
A couple of blocks back from the waterfront, rooms at the front have a reasonable view. On a busy street, but lots of restaurants, from cheapies to nice waterfront ones, within 1 to 3 blocks walk. Our room was excellent, spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Shopping centre across the road.

My booking was last minute and all the regular properties I stay at were booked out, so I didn’t really have much of a choice for accommodation. This particular property wouldn’t have normally been something I’d choose. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised and this property exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again. Convenient location.

Nice property in a good location. Walking distance to The Strand and many local interests. My only issue was with the washing machine - you had to hold the door shut to complete the cycle and being Easter there were no staff to report this to when I was at the property.

Was not given codes for a late checkin despite requesting them mid morning. Dishwasher didn’t work, TV had terrible pixelation and premier room balcony view of the wall of the building behind is not value for money

First and last stay
Disappointed not worth the amount paid for room. Stayed in 3 bed apartment, beds very hard not comfortable, had issues with TV and parking spaces very narrow. Shopping centre across the road and easy walk to The Strand.
