"The staff were incredibly friendly. We got the breakfast and dinner. Dinner was a very nice 8 course meal with local soda options as well. They also set up our beds while we were at dinner. The hotel private onsen has silver and gold pools with both skin and hair products for use."

"The owners were so lovely and allowed us to store our luggage when we arrived early, as well as after checkout. The breakfast each day was delicious and different than anything we've ever had before, so we felt lucky to experience a traditional Japanese Ryokan breakfast. We really appreciated the tea each day and the beds were so comfortable. It was especially hot outside and we were so grateful for the good air conditioning in the room. I would recommend anyone to stay here."

"‘Japanese style’ experience. Futons on the floor, nice bath house, excellent coffee, staff was very nice. Problem, we booked for 4 people, paid in advance for what we thought was 4 people. When we arrived, we had reservations for 2 people. They accommodated 4 in one room stating we would have some small ancillary fees, but then we were charged us an additional ~400 dollars when we checked out. The size felt just right, the ambiance was lovely, and the staff were warm and accommodating, they even helped arrange a massage reservation for me when my phone wouldn't dial out.
