"Overall we had a very good experience. Excellent amenities. We drove, had valet parking & help carrying luggage to reception where slippers are provided. We had to carry our own luggage up a few steps & then down a few steps to our room. There isn't a spring water private onsen in the room, but you can reserve a private onsen for 40 minutes. Carpet tiles outside the onsens were heavily worn and ruined the integrity of the otherwise pleasant surroundings. A fixed menu for breakfast with a choice...

"This was by far my best hotel experience ever in my 42 years of life. The staff are the manifestation of true Japanese hospitality and attention to detail in each of their gestures. The room was beautiful, the tatami very comfortable and the onsen experience unique. I recommend having breakfast and dinner every day of your stay as the food quality and service surpasses anything available in town. Will be going back for sure."

"駅から近く便利でした。部屋は1人利用なので充分の広さでしたがエアコンに冷房機能が無く、窓を開けると虫が入ってきて困りました。朝食は小さな鍋付きの和食で一見豪華に見えましたが、内容は普通です。ご飯が美味しかったです。"
