"This was the perfect place to stay for a first time visit to a Japanese Onsen town. Excellent location on the river within walking distance of all the included spas, many shops and places to eat. We had to carry our own luggage up a few steps & then down a few steps to our room. There isn't a spring water private onsen in the room, but you can reserve a private onsen for 40 minutes.
