The property and location were heavenly! The service and staff were professional and every detail was impeccable. Mekong restaurant was phenomenal and breakfast as well. The Spa was one of the best, desert voyage was once in a life time experience - generally speaking, a perfect place! Only suggestion is to have more dining options and room service food was not edible.

Bel endroit. Beau concept. Excellente chambre. Cantine de luxe plutôt que restaurant, nourriture très médiocre, service sympathique mais amateur. Végétation variée en cours de croissance. Piscine de décor plus que d'usage et surtout totalement déceptive car froide, non chauffée, ce qui est inadmissible à ce niveau de prix ( aucune personne vue dans la piscine en 4 jours!). Prix extravagant du spa massage.

Übernachten schöner als zu Hause
Der Aufenthalt in diesem Wüstenhotel ist etwas ganz besonderes. Die Kargheit der Wüste steht im kompletten Gegensatz zu der Reichhaltigkeit und Schönheit dieses Hotels. Wahrscheinlich das beste Hotel in dem wir jemals gewesen sind! Das Design der Zimmer und das atemberaubende Frühstücksbuffet lassen keine Wünsche offen. So macht reisen Spaß!

Everything was unique about this place; the property, the staff, the service, the hospitality, simply everything. The manager is exceptional and his kind spirit is reflective in all his staff, we were taken care of as if each one of us was the only guest. Most of the staff was very lovely!! Was really Not convenient for food especially vegetarian meals unfortunately Had some issue but management tried to fix it! Our stay here was wonderful! The staff truly went above and beyond to help us during our stay (Kadhija, Ahmed, and Mohammed were especially helpful.) The grounds are beautiful and there are many amenities. Our room was especially comfortable. The food was good, and our complementary breakfast was delicious.

Amazing!
Everything was perfect, great service very kind staff, i’ve enjoyed the basketball court and the fact that you can find bikes to ride everywhere. It was a great experience and this is by far the best hotel in Tunisia.

Escolhemos a Tunisia por causa desse hotel e realmente fez toda diferença na nossa lua de mel. Simplesmente incrível, todo pessoal simpático e prestativo. Fizeram uma decoração linda no nosso quarto com balões! Amamos! O quarto é enorme, super limpo, com todas as amenidades que se pode imaginar. Vale a pena cada segundo!

Séjour inoubliable dans le sud tunisien. Un service irréprochable, une chambre magnifique, un club enfant au top et une restauration sur place qui vaut le détour ! L'hôtel est tranquille avec un charme fou. Il est très difficile de quitter l'hôtel sans être nostalgique des bons moments passés.
