"EXCELLENT!! I can say enough good things about this hotel. Spotlessly clean and everyone that worked there were amazing! The apt was cleaned every day and that included mopping the entire apt. They were incredibly accomodating when we needed early breaksfast. the hospitality was top notch. The only thing I would suggest is to leave a squeegie in each bathroom as it would help with the water on the floor from the shower. Highly recommend! Such lovely people and a beautiful place."

"The room and grounds are very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is still undergoing renovation regarding lighting so our room was all or nothing with lights. It was a little noisy in the morning as there is not much materials to absorb sound but not really a big deal. The person at the front desk was amazing. So helpful in booking a tour for us and also providing recommendation on things to see. The beach is a touch rocky in front the hotel area, but we were still able to get in without water shoes. It seems like the area is more up and coming than established, but only a 10-15 minute walk to the pier where the restaurants are."

"This place is AMAZING! Absolutely flawless with incredible views. Very modern and comfortable. The location is perfect. Quiet and secluded but a 5 min drive to several great local tavernas. 15min to Kissamos. ~20min to Falasarna. Right off the main road to Balos if you're driving there. Basilis is the onsite contact and he met us with the keys and did a full walk through and was very helpful for our whole stay. Beautiful sunrise and ocean views from the pool side and sunset views from the opposite balcony. We were a little worried booking as we booked several months ago when there were no reviews yet but this place is outstanding. We would give it 10 stars if that were an option. Everything went very smoothly and we couldn't have been happier with it. One note is that, like most places in Europe, everyone communicates via WhatsApp so if you don't have that yet get it and sign in. If you decide to do the Cretan Cooking Experience at Metochi Farmhouse (We would HIGHLY recommend that as well) it's literally right down the hill and the folks at Erofili tavern are their family so you can have the same dishes there. We would also recommend Kampanari Tavern over the Gramboussa restaurant. Their breakfasts were especially good."
