This hotel is beautiful. The staff are the nicest people and so friendly. The breakfast is over and above anywhere I have been. If you are lucky enough to come to Chania this is definitely the hotel to stay at.

Lovely boutique hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. Room was really modern and comfortable beach facilities were good as long as you booked and arrived early. Breakfast was really nice with personal service rather than buffet specific requirements were always met. Would definitely return.

The property is very clean and well maintained; great service and delicious breakfast. Our only issues are the location; not the 10 min walk to the old town, it is more 20 min walk each way and the zero views.

The staff at this hotel are all absolutely lovely! Very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect - very close to good restaurants and a short walk to the old town. The included breakfast was great too. The pool is not very impressive. But you are close to the beach, so it was not a problem.

This property has ruined it for all the other hotels! Best service, the staff is beyond friendly and helpful!! You feel completely spoiled! The room was beautiful! They thought of everything to make your stay elevated!! We can’t say enough good things about this hotel and the people who work there. We will never stay anywhere else when we go to Chania. A superb place

The staff were amazing. The hotel restaurant is fabulous. Much much better than the restaurants outside. An exceptional restaurant made all the better by the attention of the maître de Hereklis (hope I am spelling it correctly - apologies if I am not). The rooms are lovely and it close to the old town. Highly recommend the hotel!!

If you need parking in Chania (you need parking in Chania) this is a great option. Tremendous staff and walkable location just outside the old town. Clean and well appointed hotel.

Staying at Chania Flair was fantastic! The location is very convenient and the staff was the best highlight. The included breakfast was delicious. Complimentary valet was very convenient but the hotel is tricky to get to by car the first time.

Wonderful staff! Enjoyed the location to everything and restaurants just a few steps away with seating along the ocean. Breakfast was wonderful and the rooms were very comfortable, in fact the bed we slept on was the best bed I've ever slept on. I'm looking forward to coming back next year.

The wonderful Flair boutique hotel

We stayed in Chania for our wedding anniversary at the Flair boutique in October. I can’t say enough about this hotel, staff, amenities and location. It is literally about a 3 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants and cafes. It’s about a 15 minute walk along the ocean to old town. The breakfast is amazing and the pool is heated with floor to ceiling windows of the ocean and unrestricted view of sunsets. All in all we would stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything great about this hotel and the staff are exceptional. The spa pool sadly is let down (not hot) as is the roof top restaurant as rather lacking in character and comfort (though we did not eat there). Breakfast great.

There are not enough superlatives to describe this hotel. From the welcoming glass of fizz to the attentive beach staff. Everything is geared to making your vacation memorable. We stayed for two weeks late April, our room had the promised half sea view ( not a distant glimpse) it was spacious, spotless and comfortable the housekeeping staff working hard to keep it that way. Particular mention must be made of the breakfast team, they supplied an amazing array, all made to order and brought to your table ( no buffet bun fights here) with a cheery smile and conversation, setting us up for the day. The hotel has the added advantage of being close to old town. But sufficiently distant to leave you in the company of true local Cretans with plentiful taverna providing fresh fish meals.
