"We came to the hotel because it had a/c but it wasn’t working well so it was only tepid. I was told the restaurant was open until 9 only to find out only ice cream is available after 8:00 pm. The staff did try to help and the breakfast was great!"

"We loved our stay here! It is an easy drive from Luzern and the view from the deck is beautiful, especially at sunset when the mountain takes on the “alpine glow.” Dinner was excellent and there is a great breakfast buffet with both hot and cold food. For those interested in TV, there is a family room off the kitchen with a large screen TV. Maybe best of all was the owner who was extremely welcoming and helpful. He cheerfully answered our many questions and made sure that I had s very happy...

"Great location with views of the area and walking distance to Lucerne. The balcony was a pleasant surprise. Room size and bathroom were good size. Only downside was the restaurant was closed on Monday during our stay which forced us off the property to find our meals."
