"Stayed at the Sheraton Milan Malpensa Airport Hotel & Conference Centre for one night before an early flight. Very disappointing experience due to inconsistent and unfair enforcement of their room occupancy policy. We had booked multiple rooms with two queen beds for families with young children. Despite identical family setups (2 adults + 2 kids under 10), staff applied the “3 people per room” rule inconsistently—one family was allowed to stay together, while others were either forced to pay for an extra room or split up late at night with exhausted children. One person even chose to sleep at the airport rather than pay extra. The lack of consistency and empathy made an already tiring travel day much worse. Would not recommend for families."

"The food in the restaurant is mediocre; the “hotel shuttle” from the airport never came after 3 phone calls and an hour wait! The property is 3 minutes from the Airport "

"This is a perfect one might stay hotel for an early morning flight. The staff is excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. I booked and paid for my airport shuttle the night before when i checked in so my morning departure was smooth and hassle free."

"1,방이 크지 않다는 걸 이해하고 있었지만 짐을 풀기 힘들정도로 작아요 Suitcase 하나 정도면 가능할수 있어요 2, 주차장이 작아서 호텔과 떨어진 곳에 세우고 와야해요 3, 아침 식사 평이 특별히 좋은걸로 보았는데 평범해요 특별하진 않아요 4, 호텔 식당에서 저녁식사를 했는데 식사는 괜찮은 편이였어요 큰 레스토랑이 꽉 찬걸로 보아 동네 맛집인듯~ 4성급이고 리뷰가 좋아서 기대했는데 제 느낌에 그정도는 아닌거같네요 "
