Khách sạn gần Đèn Giao thông #2B tại Gatlinburg

"I love everything about this hotel, the room was big and the view is amazing, the staff so friendly. We’re love stayed here and would like to come back again ❤️"

"The house was beautiful. Everything was stocked fully for our needs. Everything was in working order . Everything was extremely comfortable. The hot tub was great . We had to stay an extra night due to weather and they had no problem at all extending us by a day . Thank you so much and we hope to be able to stay with you again . "

"Bathroom could use update with higher toilet. Fan didn't work well in bathroom."

"We booked 6 rooms for our group for a 2-night stay at Mainstay Suites Gatlinburg. While the hotel looks fairly new and the rooms are equipped with convenient kitchen amenities like a stovetop and full-sized refrigerator, our overall experience was quite frustrating. First, even though we were told the hotel was completely sold out, having our group of 6 rooms scattered across 4 different floors was very inconvenient for us. Second, the kitchen setup had severe functional issues. On our last...

"Staff very friendly. The room was in terrible condition, the carpet super dirty and the bathroom in very bad condition, we couldn't even use the jacuzzi. There was also too much noise when people from other rooms opened the water."

"It's so close to the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg but yet so quiet. The place does need some upgrades to a few of the rooms. We had several cabins/rooms rented and the one I stayed in was perfect. The others needed an update of furniture and the bathrooms for sure. Speaking only on my own accommodations, it was great."

"Love the sound of the river from the balcony!"

"Great for the price clean room shower great hot water can walk to all of Gatlinburg from room"

"The motel was ok other than the bed was lumpy. The breakfast staff was slow and not friendly."

"I was not notified that the lobby was not 24 hours. I arrived right before 11 o’clock and she was ready to close the door without prior notification to let me know otherwise. Room was OK. It shows that they have been updating the place but there are some key points that could be worked on. Furniture is severely outdated and dirty, floor has not been mopped since they replaced the floor.you cannot walk barefoot on the floor. Pillows are uncomfortable cracks in the ceiling on the wall....

"The only thing is the property is in a HOA and there is a guy that thinks he is the boss of everyone going around asking questions of every renter trying to intimidate renters with the rules of HOA. First off l am not a member of the HOA so dont be prying and trying to ruin other people's vacation....so l will not be staying here again for that simple reason."

"Rooms are old but clean. The door to our room was difficult to shut. The breakfast ran out of milk one morning."

"This place is a little gem. It’s right on the water and is amazing to fall asleep to the babbling brook. There’s a hot tub and fire pit to enjoy and we would absolutely come back. The only issue is the stairs are pretty treacherous and I would not advise for anyone who has issues navigating stairwells. We didn’t have to contact the owners at all, but the interaction we had was very positive."

"LOCATION WAS THE BEST THING ABOUT IT BUT THE OFFICE WAS FAR FROM THE ACTUAL ROOMS AND THE GUY IN THE OFFICE WAS VERY SLOW AND DIDNT KNOW MUCH. THE ROOM SMELLED MUSTY, THE FRIDGE/FREEZER NEEDED DEFROSTED AND CLEANED, THERE WERE CIGARETTE BURN MARKS ON THE JACUZZI TUB WHILE ITS NO SMOKING AND THE WATER WAS ONLY LUKE WARM AND NEVER GOT HOT, THE DOOR DIDNT SHUT ALL THE WAY BUT DID LOCK JUST HAD PLAY IN IT AND THE BIGGEST ISSUE WAS I SAW 3 ROACHES AND WE LEFT IMMEDIATELY. TRIED TO CALL THE OFFICE TO...
