"I've stayed at lots of Hamptons and this is one of the best. Every time I came through the front door, someone was cleaning something. I got the sense that this one is family owned based on the staffing and the attentive customer service. It's a new hotel which is always nice, and you can see their thoughtful selections, like the outlet in the bathroom that includes a nite light. "Very difficult to get to. Must drive thru shopping mall parking lot or a back alley. Parking was very limited. Had to park along grassy edge of lot because they ran out of parking in the very small lot."

"I couldn't recommend this place more. The staff are all GENUINELY kind. They don't put on a show and act like they do just to make money. They do a phenomenal job at keeping it clean. And they allow your fur babies to stay with you(with a pet fee). If you or your family are coming to this area and want a family and pet friendly(wallet friendly too!) I recommend this spot!!"

"Pretty pathetic hotel. About the only good part was breakfast. Old outdated building they dressed up. Lipstick on a pig special. Had blood stains on a pillow case our daughter was playing on. Front desk didn’t care, didn’t offer to discount the stay. Just replaced the pillow. Will never stay there again. Marriot should be embarrassed to have their name associated with the place. Ohh yea, water in sink didn’t drain either. I Had to pull out so it’d drain a little. Then would still overflow and...

"My room was clean and did not have any odor like some hotel do when you turn on the hvac unit. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The staff was polite and helpful."

"I got to the property very run down clutter all over the outside . Roof falling off out front . There was no one at the desk to check me in when I arrived around 11:30 pm . I walked out and never even stayed because there was nobody to check me in. Expedia needs to do a better job at monitoring the buildings they promote for people to stay in. A waste of money ."

"This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The carpet needed vacuumed, little pieces of paper everywhere. A lot of bugs. Bathroom was ancient. Wish I would have brought a can of Lysol. The bed was comfortable."
