"This was our first experience at such an intimate B&B. I can’t imagine a better experience than what Dora provided for us. We were greeted with bowls of amazing chicken soup and crusty bread.. so thoughtful as she knew just we needed after a long chilly drive. We had a great evening enjoying the beautiful B&B. "Reserved a room with 2 beds and requested ground floor. None available offered 3rd floor close to either elevator or stairs. Requested elevator as I have mobility issues. The room assigned was next door to loud construction which we were told would continue until 6.30pm...on a Sunday evening. Requested another room but no options were acceptable. As well, came town for breakfast and 1 piece of bread was there a couple yogurts, couple boiled eggs and runny waffle mix was there for breakfast. Very disappointing. "3 staff members said there be 2 shuttles since we had a party of 12. We paid for the stay and fly. Got to the lobby in the morning and there was only 1 shuttle. The staff member that was working apologized and said they only ever run 1 shuttle and didn’t have any idea why we would have been told different. Hotel is outdated but kind of neat that way. Our room didn’t have a working thermostat so it was cold when we got in and hot the morning we left. Bar in the hotel is cool and great service. "
