"We had a great stay at the Kempinski High Tatrus. This hotel had an established, genuinely 5 star feel. It knows what it is, and delivers brilliantly. The setting is outstanding, with a frozen lake and snow on the ground, but we didn’t see a cloud in 4 days. The service is great, and the breakfast generous. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable; there is a pillow and duvet menu… all in a great stay. "

"Great small hotel, with amazing helpful service from the staff , breakfast area and breakfast buffet is small but they give you warm breakfast options which is fantastic, the room was alright size with very comfortable cosy bed with good size bathroom and shower. Few things to know: Hotel location is 30min walk from city centre on the hill, if you want to change your towels you get charge, if you want to take anything food from breakfast for later you get charge. Cuidado con el acceso al hotel si tienes coche ya que es imposible aparcar y se debe dejar el vehiculo en el valle y coger un transporte del hotel pero el procedimiento es folklorico Cena buffet correcto. Colazione ricca anche se ruota poco il mangiare, la sala è grande ed anche se c’è molta gente si trova posto, manca sicuramente la macchina per tostare il pane (strano per una struttura così) L’appartamento era grande, così com’è il bagno"
