"Front end clerk couldn't provide me the most basic info about my bill and I had to hunt down a manager to get the info. The manager made the excuse that today was her first day which was a lie because I saw the same clerk 2 days earlier when we checked in and he commented she came from another property which also means she has experience. That also tells me the clerk is either or stupid or lazy. Too bad, because so many other associates were very eager to help. On a totally seperate issue the grab bar (which fortunately i don't need yet) in the shower is in a place where it does no good. It is in the front by the toilet where no one is getting in or out. It needs to be in the middle or back of the tub/shower where you enter and leave the shower"

"Pros: Glamping experience, comfy bed, sustainable, eco friendly, rustic and outdoor view. Sky at night is majestic. Not too cold at night. Showers, sinks, toilets and eating area around the natural environment with minimal noises except nature's. Con: small showers, very hot during the day, mosquitoes, ants, path to get there is totally off-road, the food truck sometimes is closed, not enough toiletries, tents are for two people at most. Overall pretty good facility for glamping."
