"Location and the grounds"

"The manager, Matt, was especially helpful & friendly. Check in was quick and welcoming. Had 2 Queen bedroom on top floor overlooking the Thames. Room was very nicely decorated, has 3 mirrors, beds excellent, lots of room. Walk in shower and bathroom good size. Many large, beautifully decorated rooms to eat in and a large patio on the river front. Lots of entertainment by the various birds on the river. By far the best hotel we've stayed in for years."

"The staff friendly and helpful, drawback was no availability for breakfast or evening meals, some sites still show them doing food. However did recommend a couple of places to visit, found a lovely cafe about 150-200 yards around the corner for breakfast."

"I stay at this location frequently because I love it! The staff is always so kind and welcoming. It also has air-conditioning, and right now, that’s pretty important! I have had very delicious meals at OXBO, the onsite restaurant. There are choices for vegetarian and meat eaters alike. The staff also takes into consideration dietary preferences and/or restrictions. All in all, this is a really great place to stay on your way in or out of Heathrow!"

"Reliably clean and reliably reliable"

"Room was good. The Netflix/Prime Video wasn’t working. Went to front desk and they said they would send someone up. 1.5 hours later nobody arrived. Went back down and they said they have had issue before. Said they would bring me an hdmi cable to my room. Never received. Fire alarm went off at 645 in the morning. Took a couple minutes for them to turn off and no fire in the building."

"We spent the weekend here and had a lovely stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel felt clean and comfortable. Easy to find and park. The spa was a really spacious, relaxing, and well maintained. The only minor downside was the view from our room, although that’s not really something the hotel can control. We were also a little disappointed that the spa appeared to close an hour earlier than expected on the Saturday evening. It’s possible I may have misunderstood...

"We arrived at the Heathrow Hyatt after midnight due to a flat tire. The night staff were great about being happy to great us. I would like to make special note of the night manager. He could tell we were exhausted and that my husband was recovering from a 6 week knee replacement surgery. He quickly went out to help him. While my husband was parking in a safe under the Hyatt lot, the manager further helped me with luggage to our room, (which was clean and lovely),then went down to the lot to...

"This is not really a five-star hotel, let alone a luxury hotel. It's quite expensive. The room is small and lacking anything above the bare essentials for a five -star hotel. The bathroom had none of the usual amenities found in an upscale hotel. Only the front desk agent was exceptionally good. I think we would have been better off paying exorbitant Heathrow taxi fares and going to the far cheaper Hilton near terminal four."
