Staff were super friendly, they let me check in early, were happy to answer all of my questions, and helped me book a private vehicle to Hanoi upon check out, which worked out to be the most convenient, quickest, and the best price. I really appreciate the free laundry of one set of clothes per day if you are staying more than 3 days. The Japanese breaksfasts served in the morning were delicious and the portion was just right. One suggestion: add an anti-slip mat in the bathtub."
