"A wonderful hotel with excellent service and great value. Many thanks to the entire hotel team! The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The breakfast was varied and delicious. One small suggestion: it would be helpful if the shampoo and body wash bottles in the bathroom had brighter colors or darker, clearer labels. Since the bottles are dark and the writing is quite light, it can be a little difficult to tell them...

"Exceptional staff’s attitude toward our young children and good services. The food is really yummy that we would love to have them almost every nights. "

"Great location, right across busy road from beach. Many cafes, eateries & markets nearby. I would have given it 5 stars, but there are a couple of issues hotel needs to address. These are- no pool/beach towels available for 3 days we were there, we had to use our white room towels. Also, guests need to be advised clearly on arrival that there is very limited number of beach lounges with umbrellas for guests' use. There were men on beach taking away umbrellas & lounges as these were for customers...

"I just 1 nights at Queen Ann Hotel in Nha Trang. I am really impressed and extremely happy because I have met the friendly Nha Trang people and the hotel is perfect according to my wishes. From Reception to Management, all are too professional, the rooms are extremely clean and make me and my friends very happy. Especially buffet seafood is exellent. If I come back, make sure to choose Queen Ann as a place to relax."

"Nice place to stay. My favorite was the big refrigerator with freezer. I was able to make ice for my drinks. It’s a bit of a walk back an alley, but the neighborhood is nice. And it’s still only takes about 6-7 minutes to get to the beach."

"There are convenient location."
