"Stayed 13–16 September in a twin room with private bathroom. My room had several issues that should have been identified before check‑in. There was a strong musty odour from the moment I arrived, the air conditioning did not work at all, and the light above the bathroom mirror was broken. When I reported these problems, staff were polite and tried to help, but I was told that no on‑site maintenance was available, so none of the issues could be properly fixed during my stay. I was also told...

"The male employee who helps with check in was fraternizing with young women staying there. Was not comfortable with that so I reached out to the property and they said they followed up and it won’t continue to happen. However, as a solo female traveller, I found this situation overall very inappropriate. The coffee shop was nice, location was excellent, welcome drink was included, and room was fine. Other downsides: showers flood and bathrooms were gross, the staff threw out my products in the...

"It was a good stay overall. I got my own room but it was on the top floor which is an attic. It was hard going on the side of the bed towards the window. The shower door is broken and they need more shower gel for clients. It was a clean property and didn't have any smell. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is a plus because most of the major tourist attractions are walkable distance from there."
