"Good breakfast"

"Although the room had been "cleaned" it smelled of stale cigarette smoke and dirty carpet. It was a no smoking room. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom was falling off, so you couldn't close the door. The faucet in the sink in the room was dripping, the only chair was dirty, and the upholstery was so worn there were holes in it. We did not stay. We forfeited our payment and left."

"Hot tub was broken. Floors and bathroom were not super clean. When showering, you can't maintain a nice temperature. It is either hot or cold. Breakfast was decent, but both mornings we were there I saw homeless people come up to breakfast. Homeless people hung around outside. It didn't feel super safe. We got two queen beds and the beds are more like doubles."

"We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn Spokane! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was convenient for getting around Spokane and close to the airport. Overall, a pleasant and stress-free stay. we would definitely stay here again!"

"I have never left a hotel until today. I hadn’t seen the google reviews from 8 months ago with bed bugs until after I had already booked. So when I got there I took off the sheets to check the mattresses. "The property was clean , modernized and well maintained. Beautiful landscaping and outside decor. Perfect location, located along the river walk next to the collage. They are in the process of renovating the pool area but had many other outdoor amenities. Also had a restaurant onsite."
