"This property provided the opportunity to prioritize having 3 times the space at a lower cost than most of the hotels in the area. Having two bedrooms, a dining area, complete kitchen, living room and bathroom made our stay very comfortable. Although there wasn't a pool or continental breakfast, the added space and full kitchen was much more to our liking. We'll definitely be back to this place!"

"The General Manager checked us in, and she was friendly, courteous and very helpful. We appreciated the restaurant suggestions she provided. The room was clean and comfortable. Finding something to watch on TV was a bit of a challenge because there was no guide, and the channel directory provided did not always match up with the channels. The screen also got all fuzzy and screwed up many times. We would still recommend this hotel at this location. "

"More than we could ask for in a one night stay. The hotel is right on the river walk. After arriving we walked downstream to the upper and lower falls, and back through the river park. In the morning we went upstream through the 3 universities. The room was very nice. The restaurant was good (not great) and very convenient, right on the river. There is a large pool and hot tub that we took advantage of. Staff were great, very friendly and attentive. We'll defintely stay there again."
