"During our stay, we encountered several issues that I want to bring to your attention. The first room had black hair and stains on the sheets, stained pillows, and a shower/tub drain that was completely plugged. The carpet had not been vacuumed, and the bath towels provided were very small. The breakfast was also disappointing. The waffle batter ran out and there was no staff available to notify. The overall selection was mostly carbohydrates with no protein options, and the coffee tasted...

"The location was great, it was close to the college. The room was average but it worked for my family of four. All appliances worked in the room. It did have a weird smokey/old odor when we entered the room but went away when we got use to the smell. The outside and parking lot looks rough. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast was ideal for the family. It was an easy grab and go. "
