"A great pre-flight stay located right next to the international terminal. It was a friendly quick checkin and the room was very comfortable. The bar was perfect for a quick bite and a beer."

"We stayed here overnight before flying out the next morning. Sure, it's an older hotel but it's well-maintained, has large rooms, the beds were comfortable, casting onto the TV screen was easy, there was a restaurant onsite (not that we used it), lots of vending machines, free parking, the staff were helpful, near the airport and best of all, there was a shop freezer with ice cream products such as Magnums, Trumpets and so on. Would absolutely recommend this hotel."

"For a night sleep on the way home from Rarotonga it definitely beat hanging out in the airport overnight. The free shuttle pickup was fabulous and easy pickup and drop off. Shower was very good, some mould on ceiling of bathroom. Rooms are a bit grubby but bed was comfortable. The tiny milks really are only enough for one coffee in the morning. For the price I would stay again if same situation flying. A good scrub, hot chocolate sachets, extra milk and maybe a lick of paint would improve the...

"Parking was easy right outside the room. The room was clean and tidy. All the basics covered. Check in was simple and quick with friendly service. Exiting during rush hour was a nightmare, but other times fantastic. Super close to the airport with reasonable prices. There were shops down the road not that i used them. "

"Didn’t get a wake up call like I was told I would. Restaurant staff was rude. Had only two options available out of the full menu. Claimed the kitchen was closing even though it was an hour before the stated closing time. Place itself was decent and fairly clean but had no cups, tv was old - hardly functional and no kitchen sink. Interesting smell too. Aircon made a loud sound all night."

"Overall the room was clean, staff that worked there were kind to talk too, but we had no hot water for two days stay which was not ideal as we had to take an overseas flight the next day and the porter we had to ask him to help with luggage did not even offer knowing that we were two old ladies. Shocking that this happens in hospitality industry."

The bed was horrible I could feel the springs coming through the mattress the floor was so moulded it was sinking in places and the door frames were rotten and falling apart you could smell the mildew in the hall ways and room. The sliding door to the patio was so hard to open due to it being so old and the patio was rotting away and covered in spiders. If I wasn't so exhausted from travel and it being 9pm with a 4 am flight I would not have stayed. I definitely do not...

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a bad smell when we arrived. The staff sorted it out while we had dinner. We’ve stayed at this hotel many times before. However we were disappointed with the dinner menu and the food. The bed was very uncomfortable and we didn’t get a good sleep."
