"Check in was easy and convenient. There is someone available at the office 24 hrs. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is on a busy street, so there is a little noise in the morning. It is a convenient Poulsbo hotel and was fine for my needs."

"A diamond in the rough. Very clean, comfortable beds, cheerful helpful staff. The facility is in a 'not so good neighborhood' but the lighting, completely surrounded by a good fence and controlled entry gate makes you feel quite secure. "This hotel was ok, very busy alit of people, most going on cruises, so kind of hectic. My room was clean and comfortable. The coffee was awful ! I like regular coffee but their machines were the espresso kind, jyst foamy coffee! They need to have regular machines in rooms! Our promised shuttle to our ship never happened. It was getting late and our boarding time was soon. We ended up calling an uber to take us to the pier! So beware of that! They only had 2 elevators , which weren’t working...

"Locally owned and ran by a friendly couple. The room was clean. It was a bit cold when I first got in but turning up the baseboard heaters helped that. The floor was a bit chilly to walk on. One of the chairs upholstery was dirty. All bedding and linens were clean and cozy. The bathroom was small but clean. Not appropriate if you need a handicap bathroom but worked well for this single traveller. Also had a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a table and 2 chairs, and a little kitchenette...
