There was only one entrance we could find, but that was not a problem because it was easily accessed from any parking space. "Needing a getaway from home, chose this hotel. Nice front desk employees. Nice housekeeping attendants. Room was ok. Carpet had large spill stain on the floor. No microwave in the room so no heating leftovers. Was not told the breakfast was a pay breakfast. I was annoyed after going down and being embarrassed. I was not offered the pay breakfast upon check-in. I would have gladly paid. The ice machine on 2nd and 3rd floors were empty every time I attempted to get ice. Disappointing. On a good...

"The hotel location and amenities were fine, good for our purpose which was to watch a concert at the arena next door. What was terrible was that on our first day of our 2-day stay, the room was not made up when we were out all day. I called the front desk who asked at once whether I had the privacy sign up. "My wife and I arrived at around 2 am Saturday to find out that the air conditioning did not work; thermostat did not work and the phone in the room did not work either. I was too tired to walk to front desk. Told them about it in the morning when we went to breakfast and It was fixed however it was too late my the time because we were scheduled to check out in a couple of hours."
