"The staff we spoke with were all friendly and courteous. The room was spacious, clean and welcoming. As an engineer, the shower was the best design I've ever seen. Very relaxing. The bed was great as I love a firm mattress. The pillows lacked a little, but not enough to downgrade my 5 stars "
