"Got to the property was told it's not for rent and could not stay it was late and they were rude this place is a scam and was not able to get refund "

"1] Mold on 2 walls at the entry door, near bathroom is affecting my throat, making me cough headache 2]The A/C only stays on if I keep walking around in the apartment. "I was very impressed with how well this place was decorated. They had everything that I expected in the amenities list in the post. I think it’s also important to know that the property is in a gated community for your extra security which gave me a feel of exclusivity during my stay. "Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. The apartment was super comfortable and I really liked the fact that I had a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!"
