"The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were absolutely friendly, easy to talk to, always smiling and would always greet you. I didn’t have a pool or beach view room but I still had a balcony that faced the front walls of the property and had a view of some greenery and the playing courts. Their app was definitely wonky at times where you wouldn’t be able to use certain features, but was convenient when it did work, showing you the different things happening around the property. Very easy to book restaurants either at guest experiences, on the app, or I believe with the restaurant. Picasso is Mediterranean, Thali is Indian, & Rodizzio is a Brazilian steakhouse. (Only thing was that I saw signs of a sushi bar but the workers mentioned there was none)."
