"Location Location Location!!! This hotel is very close to the airport. So close, in fact, that it almost feels like you are at the airport. It's a VERY busy and crowded hotel. The positives: Super close to international flight gates. Despite a long line to check in when I arrived, the line moved very quickly! The room was exactly all you need for one night. "The property was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was also great, with a variety of offerings. My issue is that when we arrived I was not told about our executive room getting access to the lounge with drinks and a small continental breakfast. It caused a lot of confusion and I had to go to the room to contact Hilton. I tried chat and was on hold for 20 minutes, so I called and was told I did get the lounge, but was never given a card key for it. So I had to go back downstairs, get in...

"Room needs updating big time. Air conditioner didn’t work. It got fixed but very inconvenient when you’re tired. Toilet was separated from sink and shower. There is no way to wash hands after toilet use. Door to the toilet automatically shuts so no way to just head to sink without touching door knob. Very unhygienic. Check in and check out took too long because of limited staff who were not friendly at all. The wait staff at the restaurant was very nice. Food was okay."
