"Lovely hotel located centrally in Via Etnea. Tremendous staff, super helpful in every way. Hotel rooms are mostky all renovated and we were upgraded to a balcony suite overlooking the main strip. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Would recommend to anyone visiting Catania."
"My stay was on Saturday, so it could be different on other days of the week, but the area close to the hotel is like Las Vegas Strip with hundreds of people walking and shouting, cars honking, and bikes revving till late night. And there is almost none sound insulation, so if you go to bed early, there's no chance to sleep. Moreover, if you are at 3rd floor you can hear screech of chairs scraping in the restaurant/cocktail bar at 4th. Another disadvantage is the lack of kettle in the room. Other...
"This was a beautiful hotel in an area close to everything. I would especially like to mention the customer service was incredible. Our flight was canceled and Silvio was a savior. He was able to already have a room ready by the time we got back to the hotel, he accommodated us for a late check out and made our lives so much better.

The private beach was perfect and with the restaurants, bars, and pools one wouldn’t have to leave to hotel if they did not want to. My one dissatisfaction is the service overall was very slow - everything from questions to check in was a 15-20min process.
