"Our stay started with a warm greeting and introduction from the owner and it kept getting better. Beautiful view of Mt Etna, amazing rooms that were top notch, and a breakfast that pleased everyone. I honestly would give this place 6 out of 5 stars. We had 5 people staying in my family, and everyone agreed that this was the nicest place we’ve stayed with all around quality. Highly recommend it!"

"This outstanding property is stretched over acres of beautiful countryside at the bottom of the Etna volcano. It is part of the Relais Châteaux collection, so you can expect 5 star service and amenities. "Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Pool und tollem Ausblick. Neben an wird gebaut, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Frühstück war gut, aber anstatt 10 verschiedener Kuchen hätte ich mich bei dem Niveau über mehr Brotauswahl gefreut. Es gab 2 verschiedene Sorten „Toastbrot“. Bin aber mehr als satt geworden. Die Lage ist im nirgendwo, aber mit dem Leihwagen ist man recht zugig bei den Highlights. Wer etwas Luxus und Ruhe haben will ist hier bestens...

"Ambiente des Hotels sehr schön, Zimmer in Ordnung, Bett klasse (groß und nicht zu weich), die Bäder in unseren beiden Zimmern sind wohl etwas in die Jahre gekommen). Und: wer lesen kann ist klar im Vorteil -> das Hotel liegt zwar tatsächlich direkt am Meer, aber keineswegs am Strand! Was wir auch nicht gefunden haben, war der angezeigte Wellnessbereich und den beschriebene Shuttle-Service gibt es lt. Auskunft der Rezeption auch nicht, leider. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nett anzusehen aber nicht...

"We enjoyed our stay at Zash. It's an excellent hotel. The restaurant has great dinner offerings and an amazing breakfast. The service was next level. Two things that were not problems for us but something you should generally be aware of is that the hotel is sort of in the middle of nowhere. If you dont have a car, it might make things challenging. There is also a train right next to the property. It never really bothered us, but its there...and you will hear it. "

"Mooie schone kamer, snel inchecken en erg goed ontbijt. Parkeren niet ideaal, je moet net mazzel hebben dat er plek is. Jammer genoeg voor een ‘City Hotel’ toch wel ver van de stad, maar met de bus op zich prima te doen. Wel jammer dat het zwembad niet open was, terwijl het weer er wel naar was."
