run hotel and you get the best service that’s possible in this industry. Just above and beyond!!! The entire staff is very courteous and kind. The room was well prepared with the additional bed for our kid, Breakfast was great and we loved their super fresh Mozzarella. Just wow! "Perfect location to explore lake como. Room was clean and comfortable with a view of the lake. Added bonus of breakfast which we did not think was included - standard buffet continental style but still good! Pool and dip pool is a great bonus for when it’s hot! A few good restaurants and gelato down the road. Not too luxury but good value for money and absolutely nothing wrong with it - don’t believe bad reviews!"
