"El hotel es bonito y las habitaciones de buen tamaño y comodas. Si va a viajar por el metro queda a 15 minutos a pie y estan reparando los alrededores por lo que todo esta lleno de tierra. Toller Spielplatz ein paar Meter nebenan. Lediglich die Spielecke im Kinderzimmer könnte besser bestückt sein und die Kindermatratzen wirken zunehmend durchgelegen. Wer im Zimmer etwas essen möchte, muss selber an Teller und Besteck denken. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Ich konnte die E-Mail mit dem Zugangscode zum Zimmer nicht finden auf dem Handy. Unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer auf dem Tresen hieß es: Der angerufene Teilnehmer möchte z. Zt. keine Gespräche entgegennehmen... Unschön. Dann wurde mir aber über WhatsApp (nur auf englisch möglich, für mich zum Glück kein Problem) relativ schnell geholfen. Leider bin ich von dem System, keine Rezeption zu haben, nach dieser Erfahrung nicht sehr angetan. Ansonsten bin ich sehr begeistert von diesem Hotel"

"I arrived late and left early, so I didn't get to explore Hamburg at all. The hotel's location is great for access to the railway station. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and I appreciated there being oat milk. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, however there was no air-conditioning and it was a little stuffy. Also I think the use of plastic cups is not environmentally friendly."
