"My recent stay at this Microtel was decent, but a few things stood out. The room was generally fine, but I was surprised to find there was no iron. "The women at the front desk was nice. The first room I was given looked like it had been kicked in and the deadbolt was broken. This is clearly unacceptable so I went back to the front desk and she gave me “better room”on a “better floor”. The “better” room was still gross . There were what looked like blood stains all over the couch . I didn’t even put my suitcase on it . Bottom line this place is a dump. If you can afford $30 more dollars you’ll get a much better experience somewhere else."

"Check in was great the young lady was bubly and cheerful said we didn't have to pay for parking and took our ticket for the garage. Later at check out found out we got charged $45 a night for parking. Staff the rest of the stay seemed grumpy and bugged if we asked for anything. The elevator situation was horrible only one out of two of them worked coming up and down to the garage.
