"Das personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Rustikal, aber schön. Super tolle Aussicht.

Camera pulita e colazione varia! Buona anche la posizione."

"Staying at this hotel felt like stepping into a time machine back to the late 1980s – and unfortunately, not in a charming or nostalgic way. The entire property felt outdated and poorly maintained. There was no restaurant, no air conditioning, and the overall standard was well below our expectations.

"This was an absolutely beautiful place and the location was stunning. They were able to accommodate us as a last-minute reservation and were very helpful and friendly. You will not regret booking here."

"OK, this is highly biased, but we love this place and the couple who operate it; we returned this year after staying here in 2018. It was like coming home. There's a real personal touch and relationship with Rudy and Taziana that make your stay special. The rooms are great, and the food is amazing. You are away from tourism in Roncone and in real Italy. Not the easiest place to get to, but well worth it! This is the place to stay!"

"Everything about Chalet Chapeau R. a R. was wonderful. Both Marco and Stefano were great hosts and very welcoming. The room was very clean and the spa was amazing! We had fabulous breakfasts both days and the pasta Stefano cooked was delicious. The place was very relaxing and a perfect place to explore different hiking trails."

"Fabulous B&B with the most kind and helpful staff. Loved our stay"
